ABOUT
A small George I period oak chest on stand of good col;our and proportion. The dovetailed carcass with two small and three long drawers all decorated with oak crossbanding supplemented with chequered stringing, the whole raised on original stand with three further drawers. The waist moulding and apron moulding well carved and typical of Welsh provincial work of thie period. Supported on carved cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.
