Late 18th Century Sheraton Period Cheveret
ABOUT
A Sheraton period Cheveret in two parts, the whole in mahogany with boxwood stringing and tulipwood cross banding, the detachable upper part with bentwood handle, four drawers and space for books etc… The lower part with a single drawer with adjustable reading / writing slope equipped for pens and ink well, the whole raised on four finely tapered legs united by a single shaped undertier.
