Tibetan weavers produced rugs and trappings for a variety of purposes. These woven artefacts often have great charm, such as this lovely saddle cover with its soft fleecy wool and great dyes. Note the apricot field and raspberry border. Attractive ornamentation. The composition is highly graphic and would work equally well on a wall or floor. In very good condition. Professionally cleaned.
