An extremely rare, important and absolutely beautiful vintage Italian floor lamp by Aldo Tura. This was made in Italy, it dates from the 1970’s and is made from lacquered parchment goat skin, which has a gorgeous colour tone and patina.

An extremely rare, important and absolutely beautiful vintage Italian floor lamp by Aldo Tura. This was made in Italy, it dates from the 1970’s.
It is of museum quality, with a stunning and striking design depicting a long necked goose supporting a lantern with four glass sides. It is made from lacquered parchment goat skin, which has a gorgeous colour tone and patina.
This is very large and impressive, the condition is superb. We have had this re-wired and PAT tested, it is in good working order.
