Please note this very rare, collector choker-necklace is the original FIRST PROTOTYPE example that was designed by Karl Lagerfeld for the Chanel Runway fashion show, 1995 Spring-Summer Collection “Runway-Défilé De Mode in Paris” and this choker was worn during Paris fashion show and it was originally intended for potential retail commercialisation. A rare piece and legacy from KARL LAGERFELD – a collector piece. In perfect vintage condition with minimal signs of use and micro scratches. This is the first original prototype example produced By chanel therefore there is no adjustable chain links and there is no signature plate with the collection number. After the production, later chokers had a small adjustable rear chain and the collection number plate. This prototype is not adjustable, a chain link can be added by the new owner to adjust your neck. Only a few of this necklace was later produced for sale at Chanel. Made in France and delivered with a CHANEL box.
