A fine piece of Royal Ewe Kente in Aubergine and Gold . This is a very rare example of Ewe Kente , woven for a Royal Lady of the Chiefs Court . This is a fine Larger  Zulu Beer pot or Ukhamba from the Zulu KwaZulu Natal . Made from very fine clay by the women of KwaZulu Natal . Pots of this kind are made for drinking and  serving a sorgham based beer that is brewed in larger roughly made clay  vessels. This piece is in very fine condition from an ex Scottish collection . These vessels are decorative and very collectable.

A fine string of Moon and Stars beads from the Dogon people of Mali with a stunning Millefiori trade bead . The  black Dogon Beads are hand made in Mali and are 19th Century. The Millefiori trade bead is also 19th century or earlier. An beautiful addition to any Jewellery box. Necklace length is 34 cm and the Millefiori trade bead is 5cm length x 1cm diameter.

A very fine presentation basket from the Chokwe people of Northern Angola. Constructed of bound rafia in excellent craftsmanship. This piece would have been given as a gift to a high ranking chief from a neighbouring village . It was subsequently used to bring the Chiefs Robes to him by his courtiers every morning . A very collectable but decorative piece. Very fine condition.
