This Uranium Glass Boule D’Escalier Glows Bright Green Under Ultraviolet Light, Making it a Prized Collector’s Item.

Uranium glass is glass which has had uranium, usually in oxide diuranate form, added to a glass mix before melting for coloration.The normal colour of uranium glass ranges from yellow to green depending on the oxidation state and concentration of the metal ions, although this may be altered by the addition of other elements as glass colorants. Uranium glass also fluoresces bright green under ultraviolet light.

Turtle soap dish

The soap dishes make excellent Secret Santas, unique stocking fillers, and great birthday and Christmas presents.

I designed the dish myself, and hand-drew each creature to perfectly fit the shape.

Sturdy and well-made, the dishes will last more than a lifetime – and it’s so much more ecological to use soap bars rather than plastic hand-pumps.
